We look forward to welcoming you to campus on Tuesday 30 May 2023.

Getting here

The event will take place in Cuff Hall on Blue Mountains Grammar’s Senior School Campus.

Our Campus is located at 3 Matcham Avenue, Wentworth Falls.

Please proceed along Matcham Avenue through the large gates to arrive at the Senior School Campus.

Arrival time

Please arrive after 8:45am.

Parents will be dropping off their children for morning classes and it is important that the road does not become congested. Please do not arrive on campus before 8:45am.

Parking

Exhibitor parking is available near the School Chapel and Sports Centre.

From 8:45 am volunteers will be on hand to assist and direct you to Cuff Hall which is adjacent to the School Canteen on Dick Austen Avenue.

We have a total of 38 exhibitors attending.

Please find below some information on space allocation for your organisation.

Total area per exhibitor

Each organisation has a total exhibition area of 2.5m wide by 1.6m deep.

Partition

Behind each exhibitor is a partition upon which BMGS will have a banner printed with the name of your organisation.

The dimensions of the partition are: 1.8m Height x 1.37 m Width

Trestle Table
BMGS will supply a trestle table, two chairs and a black tablecloth.

The dimensions of the trestle table are:

  • Width 1.835m
  • Height .762m
  • Depth .736m
Power

All exhibitors will have access to one powerpoint.

Send us your showreel videos

We’ll have video screens around the Expo and invite all our exhibitors to send through a highlights reel about their organisation.

Specs:

  • Please make sure your video is no more than two minutes long.
  • You are welcome to send Four x 30-second videos.
  • VIdeos will be played on rotation throughout the day
  • Please use a 1920 x 1080 is a 16:9 aspect ratio
